Suki: Night Glide is a game made by CONCISEWEBDESIGN, a business registered in Australia. It is available on the web at sukinightglide.com and as an Android app on Google Play. This policy explains what information the game uses, why, and who it is shared with. In short: there are no accounts, no ads and no tracking. We collect only what is needed to sell and restore the full game, plus anonymous totals of how the game is played so we can improve it.
Information kept on your device
Your game progress and settings (levels finished, collectibles, volume and similar) are saved only on your device, in the browser's local storage or the app's own storage. They are never sent to us. Clearing your browser's site data or uninstalling the app deletes them.
Anonymous play totals and error reports
To see which levels are too hard and what goes wrong, the game (on the web and in the Android app) sends our server short notes such as "level 2-2 started", "fell in level 3-2, about a third of the way in", "unlock screen opened" or "full game bought", and the text of any error the game hits. These notes carry no ID, no cookie, no account and nothing from your saved progress. Our server only adds them up into daily totals; it doesn't store your IP address with them, so a total can't be traced back to a person or a device. Your IP address is used briefly, in memory, to stop one visitor flooding the server.
Buying the full game on the web
- Payment. Payments are handled by Stripe. You enter your card and email on Stripe's checkout page; we never see or store your card details. Stripe sends us a confirmation that the payment went through, and we receive your email address and payment details through our Stripe account as a normal part of any sale (for receipts, refunds and tax records).
- Restore code. After buying, you get a restore code so you can unlock the game on other devices. Each code works on up to 5 devices.
- Device cookie. To count those devices, our server sets one cookie (
suki_device) holding a random ID. It is only sent to our payment server, never used for advertising or tracking, and lasts up to 400 days. On the server we store a scrambled (hashed) version of that ID next to the restore code it unlocked, and nothing else about you. - IP address. Your IP address is used briefly, in memory, to limit repeated attempts and stop abuse. Our web host also keeps standard server logs (IP address, time, pages requested) for security and to keep the site running.
Buying the full game on Android
In the Android app, the full game is bought through Google Play Billing. Google handles the payment and your account details under the Google Privacy Policy. The app checks with Google Play on your device whether the full game has been bought. For purchases we receive only the sales information Google Play provides to developers. The app also sends the anonymous play totals described above to sukinightglide.com.
Who we share information with
We don't sell your information or share it for advertising. The only parties involved are the payment providers above (Stripe on the web, Google Play on Android) and our web hosting provider, each only as needed to run the game and process purchases. We may disclose information if the law requires it.
Children
The game is suitable for all ages. It has no accounts, chat or ads, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from children. Purchases go through Stripe or Google Play, which have their own controls for younger users.
How long we keep information
Restore code records (the code and up to 5 hashed device IDs) are kept for as long as the game is sold, so your purchase keeps working. Sales records are kept as long as Australian tax law requires. Server logs are kept for a short time by our host.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing us. We can reset a restore code's devices or remove its records on request. Deleting sales records may be limited by tax law.

If this policy changes, we'll update it on this page and change the date at the top.
